JOB TITLE: IT Support Technician
LOCATION: Cheltenham
SALARY: £20K - £24K
WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid working, 50% time in the office
THE BUSINESS:
Established Managed Service Provider with impressive client portfolio
IT Support Technician:
- Provide 1st line technical support to end-users via phone, emaiol or in person.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
- Log and track support tickets using our helpdesk system.
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to IT systems and user support.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Familiarity with MS Office suite.
- Strong communication/customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
