JOB TITLE: IT Support Technician

LOCATION: Cheltenham

SALARY: £20K - £24K

WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid working, 50% time in the office

THE BUSINESS:

Established Managed Service Provider with impressive client portfolio

IT Support Technician:

Provide 1st line technical support to end-users via phone, emaiol or in person.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
Log and track support tickets using our helpdesk system.
Contribute to ongoing projects related to IT systems and user support.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Strong communication/customer service skills.
Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
