They are in the fortunate position of being able to expand , and are now actively looking for an experienced member of the team that they can invest in. Through training and progression, within a year, all while receiving excellent benefits.Within this role, you will begin working top assist the IT manager to provide management of the ICT Systems, hardware, whilst working alongside delivering projects in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a high-level knowledge and use of to Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, high level Excel skills and telephony systems, advanced Macro & Visual Basic programming abilities. This experience can be gained through the possession of a professional qualification in accordance with the position held, a relevant degree, or management qualification whilst demonstrating two years of experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a positive and proactive approach whilst joining a rapidly expanding IT team amongst brand new office onsite .   • Assist the Management Team in developing and delivering timely, accurate and meaningful management reports using our ICT software
  • Assist in the development and keep up to date the Company's ICT policies including risk strategy and implement any associated staff training requirements
  • Fault find across network, printer, desktop & laptops, and associated infrastructure
  • Monitor the network: keeping hardware fault-free, maintaining supplies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday.

The Person:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience of various software programmes, including but not limited to Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, high level Excel skills and telephony systems
  • Exposure to SQL, VB, C#, Cloud Platforms or Database Services
  • A Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, developing sustainable internal & external relationships providing excellent customer service
  • The individual will drive improvements in the quality of SQL databases.
  • Commutable to Tewkesbury.
