As the Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems, hardware and software.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the stability and integrity of all IT systems, including servers and network infrastructure
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT related issues
- Maintaining and monitoring all computer networks and hardware
- Installing, configuring and testing new software and hardware
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all IT systems
- Providing technical advice and guidance to colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Level 4 /Â 5 or equivalent qualification in ICT, Business and Project Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows 365 systems and server administration
- SQL Database Management; demonstrable Visual Basic and C# knowledge or certification
- Experience with network administration, hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
