The Role:As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to classrooms across Gloucestershire. Whether you specialise in a particular subject or have the flexibility to teach across the curriculum, your role will be pivotal in providing high-quality education to students during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons across various secondary school subjects.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and classroom settings.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to deliver lesson plans effectively.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo checks).
