Pupil Engagement Officer – Chepstow

Are you passionate about motivating young people and helping them thrive both in school and in the community? We’re looking for a Pupil Engagement Officer to join a dynamic specialist education service in Chepstow, supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

This rewarding role involves working with children and young people who are unable to attend mainstream school. You’ll help pupils rebuild confidence, improve attendance, and rediscover a love of learning through positive relationships and tailored support.

Role details:
Location: Chepstow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (no weekends)
Pay: £444.60 to £624.90 per week
Full-time and part-time roles available

You’ll need to drive and have access to your own vehicle as the role involves working across school and community sites. Travel expenses are covered.
