Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:
  • Work closely with jobseekers to identify any health (physical/mental) and wellbeing barriers that may be impacting their ability to find and maintain employment.
  • Devise and maintain individual action plans and goals for each member, assessing the progress of your caseload.
  • Deliver tailored programmes to support participants with managing their health (e.g. Anxiety; Stress Management; Pain Management etc.)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Employability Team and External Stakeholders (e.g. Healthcare providers)and signpost your caseload if needed.
  • Provide training to the Employability team surrounding awareness of healthcare barriers.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding participants progress.

Essential Criteria:
