Description
- Review daily job and route reviews.
- Ensure SLA'S are adhered to.
- Deliver structured approach to 121's, training and development programs.
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure all work are progressing efficiently and within budget.
- Scheduling any outstanding works.
- Manage and communicate full reporting pack of the Service Department.
- Working closely with Commercial & Account Managers.
- Ensuring any quoted work is delivered within budget.
