Multitask Personnel are recruiting Industrial Electricians for a well established Electrical Engineering Contractor. They have been serving several industry sectors across the UK for the past 25 years and our client has developed a superb reputation for excellent service. The Industrial Electricians will be working on a wide range of industrial electrical projects such as quarry or pharmaceutical.
- The Industrial Electricians (compex trained) will work at the customer site as part of the project installation team and complete the electrical tasks assigned by the Project Leader/Supervisor.
- The Industrial Electricians will be diligent in observing all site rules and H&S regulations and, if in doubt, be confident enough to stop and seek advice from the Supervisor.
- The Industrial Electricians will be installing, glanding and terminating a wide range of multi-core cables (XPLE/SWA) as well as fabrication and installation of ladder, tray and basket containment.
- The Industrial Electricians will also be installing control equipment, MCCs, isolators, distribution boards, e-stops, various instrumentation (rotation sensors, level sensors etc.) and industrial single-phase and 3-phase Star and Delta motors
Qualifications & Experience:
- The Industrial Electrician will be ECS registered and fully qualified including AM2
- The Industrial Electrician will be BS7671 18th or 17th edition Wiring Regulations qualified
- The Industrial Electrician must C&G 2391
- The Industrial Electrician will have a full UK Driving Licence
- The Industrial Electrician must have a background in Aggregates, Cement, Mining, Rail, Water or other heavy industry
- The Industrial Electrician must be compex trained in dust, gas and vapour

- Pension - NEST Scheme, 4% company contribution

- Fuel - Business miles fuel card with van
- Monday to Friday each week – JIB Rates
- Overtime paid after 40 hours (Weekdays x1.5, Sat x2, Sunday x3)
