Due to an internal promotion secondment, we have the need for an Infrastructure Manager to operate in a large, complex NHS organisation. This role will be a mixture of technical hands-on, project work and people management.
Technology:
- Aruba Infrastructure
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- A mixture of VMware and Nutanix Servers
Requirements of the individual:
- Good all-rounder and expertise in Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Security, general and peripheral hardware)
- Competent in managing Infrastructure/Networks at enterprise level
- Capable of managing a team of 9 engineers / people management experience
- Willing to be hands-on
- Skillset predominantly on the networking side.
- NHS background ideal but not essential
The role is to be offered on a 12-month contract, either on a day rate or Fixed Term Contract basis. If day rate, it is inside IR35.
