We’re looking for a positive and engaging Head Chef to join this high-volume, high-end restaurant in West Oxfordshire. The right Head Chef candidate will have experience running a high-volume fresh food kitchen whilst maintaining the highest standards.
This establishment first and foremost prides themselves on being a local pub within the community but also have a restaurant focused on open fire cooking. As Head Chef, you will have daily conversations with the farmers and growers to see what’s the best produce now and have the flexibility to change the menus as much as needed to reflect this.
