Salary: 98 per day
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday (08:30 - 15:30)

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.



The Role:

  • Work closely with pupils, providing tailored one-to-one and small group support.

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

  • Support pupils' emotional, social and academic development.

  • Help create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Provide additional care and support to meet the individual needs of pupils.



What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN is desirable - whether as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, in Early Years education, or through personal/lived experience.

  • A patient, caring and resilient nature.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
