The provider has launched a new family outreach service, in Clackmannanshire. This service will work alongside young people at risk and their families to provide responsive support allowing children to get the help they need whilst remaining in the family home.

A successful service manager will responsible for:

  • Leading, managing and developing this brand new service
  • Acting as a positive role model for co-workers and children alike
  • Enable the team you work with to achieve positive outcomes for the children and families you support
  • Collaborate with Social Work, teachers and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Establish relationships with community resources in the area
  • Working from both the main office as well as visiting community settings and family homes
  • Implementing and establishing new procedures and routines in the service



To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a management or senior position
  • Have flexibility in working hours and patterns
  • Driving licence and own car are essential
  • Have passion and dedication to supporting young people in crisis
