About Us: We are an award-winning architectural design and project management team specializing in high-end residential projects, overseeing the entire process from concept to completion. With a portfolio of exceptional projects in the pipeline, we are seeking the right candidate to join us during this exciting time of growth and innovation.

Role Description: As our part-time Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and supporting our wider business operations. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliations, payments, issuing refunds, and assisting with financial reports such as P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, commission sheets. Knowledge of the CIS scheme and VAT returns will be essential.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • AAT Qualified at Foundation Level or demonstrable experience in bookkeeping
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in using Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of the CIS scheme
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility for the accounts, and ensure accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
