Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for our fast growing client in Glasgow, who offer sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity.

As part of the Customer Service Representative role, you’ll require:

• Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the automotive sector
• Competent with the use of Microsoft and Excel Applications
• Hold excellent commincation skills and strong attention to detail
• Must hold a UK drivig licence with no more than 6 points

Reporting to the the Head of Fleet, you’ll also be:

• Coorodinate all incoming queries for new products, accessories and support services.
• Processing orders and tracking the progress whilst ensuring the customer and account manager are kept up to dater at all times
• Processing agreements
• Handling physical and digital inspection of all vehicles
• Hold excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Processing customer charges as and when required
• Collaborate between the teams ensuring that documentation is processed and accurate

Salary & Working Hours

• £25,552 per annum
• Permanent
• Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
