Starting to achieve nationwide coverage about the quality of food and the outstanding service our client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef keen to inspire the established team. Any catering professional looking to take on this venture must be committed to pushing and pulling this venue to the very highest levels with the Head Chef.
Responsible for:
Management of approximately 9 full time staff and up to 5 part time staff.
Overseeing 120 Cover restaurant and Private Dining Facilities.
Working 5 days out of 7 A mix of split and straight shifts 2 days off
Management meetings regarding Marketing and Promotion
Liaising with suppliers to ensure costs are reduced.
Researching constantly to improve standards.
Responsible for relevant Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen.
Induction and ongoing training junior members of staff.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
Must have excellent knowledge on modern European and international cuisine.
