As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal role in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems, particularly in the realm of new build and modular data centres. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute stage 5 coordination for MEP systems within new build and modular data centre projects.
- Utilize Revit MEP for clash detection, resolution, and overall coordination.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.
- Demonstrate expertise in BIM360 and Cobie to enhance project workflows.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of MEP coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems.
- Expertise in using Revit MEP for clash detection and resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of new build and modular data centre projects.
- Proficiency in BIM360 and Cobie.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Full-time in-office availability (after probation, hybrid working may be considered).
