Customer Service Support

We have a temporary Customer Service Support role available within TATA Steel's Corby site. This role is ideal for someone with good IT skills and is proactive, approachable and thorough.

Role: Customer Service Support

Location: TATA Steel, Weldon Rd, Corby NN17 5UA

Hybrid working available after the initial training period.

Rate: 12.24ph (annual salary 23227)

Contract length: 6 months initially

Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri, 36.5 hours per week. 08:30-17:00 X3 days per week and 08:30-16:30 X2 days per week

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to internal stakeholders
• Validating and providing data upon request relating to customer orders
• Ensuring customer orders are compliant to TATA policies
• Managing transactional details on new and amended orders in the system
• Ensuring the order book is filled effectively and accurately
• Creating reports on service analysis and performance upon request
• Adhering to Health and Safety protocols at all times

Essential requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy especially with MS Office
• Previous data entry/administrative experience
• Scrupulous attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willing to work on own initiative

Desirable requirements:

• Driving licence and use of a car
• Knowledge and experience using SAP
