- To co-ordinate customer enquiries from initial contact through to successful completion of the quotation
- To complete quotations by due dates (and within 24 hours)
- Co-ordinate enquiries, including being Technical Support and contact person for the Initial estimation stage
- Generate estimates and quotations using software packages
- Submit the quotation to the customer, following up in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in co-ordination of receipt of orders / deliveries and sign off
- Ensure effective liaison between Operations / Finance and Sales Departments
- Build relations with Technical Departments of system suppliers for Technical/problem solving resolutions
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and Administration as being office contact for new and revived accounts
- Assist Customer Service Manager and Administration in increasing opportunities to achieve increase in new accounts
