Customer Service Executive (35 hours per week!) £22,000 per annum + bonus Corsham, Wiltshire Permanent

Due to continued growth my client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their dedicated team in Corsham. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibility with be to develop existing customer contacts, find new customer leads and win new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
  • Focus on customer retention and new business opportunities
  • Occasional travel with both customer visits and exhibitions
  • Update and maintain customer details
  • General administrative duties

Person Specification:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with people at all levels
  • Be able to provide a great level of service
  • Able to work on your own initiative

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).

Due to the client's location, you will require your own transport, but there is free on-site parking.
