We are looking for aHVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As the HVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across a site in Corsham.

TheHVAC Engineer,you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining new and existing air conditioning, USP, generators as well as general building services.
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on these appliances
  • Being the site lead on the air conditioning, as well carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
  • Effectively prioritising your own workload.
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the general maintenance team.
  • Participate in an out of hours call out rota
  • Completingall work-related documentation accurately and on time.

To be successful for thisHVAC Engineerrole you must have:

  • Background within Facilities Managment
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, procedures, have a pro-active and positive approach to work
  • Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
