As it continues to grow its impressive portfolio, this contractor is looking to appoint a Project Director due to growth to deliver a new scheme which is valued circa 50 Million.

Role Overview:

As Project Director you will be responsible for the successful execution of major construction projects within the commercial or educational sector. This position role will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Project Director will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the delivery of construction projects valued at circa 50 million.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting regular project reports to senior management and clients.
