Key Responsibilities of the Head Housekeeper:

• Supervise all aspects of room maintenance, including Housekeeping, Linen Porters, Public Areas, and Turndowns.
• Cultivate relationships with linen, cleaning materials, and guest supplies suppliers.
• Manage supply costs, laundry operations, maintenance tasks, and staff schedules effectively.
• Provide continuous training and development support to the housekeeping team.
• Uphold the company's high standards consistently.
• Conduct thorough stocktakes, budgeting, reporting, and safety audits.
