Shift pattern:
6 Months – Days (Training & Development)
Monday to Friday – Morning, afternoon, night’s rotation

This role is site based, working for a highly respected market leader in Craigavon

My client, A highly successful market leader in the consumer goods industry are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their state of the art facility in Craigavon.

You’ll play pivotal roles in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance of operating equipment, repair, identifying reliability issues, root cause problem solving and improvement of assets, their availability and the usage of energy and water across site.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be actively involved in the following tasks:
You’ll be accountable to ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency and completed to the required standard to ensure downtime is minimized. 
Being responsible for supporting installation, commissioning, and testing within the area as the need arises, you’ll work closely with and coach operators, engineers, and team leaders to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine set ups optimisation and support growth in equipment capability as required.

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following skills & experience:
You must have completed a formal engineering apprenticeship, ideally within an industrial/ manufacturing industry.
Consumer goods industry experience preferred although any continuous production knowledge will be considered. 
You must have experience in planned maintenance strategies (PPM) and have a strong focus towards continuous improvement and attention to detail.
