Job Title: Social Work Assistant Location: NorthumberlandPay Rate: £18 Umbrella P/HJob Type: Full Time/ContractThe RoleWe are looking for a Social Work Assistant who has the drive and determination to provide positive outcomes for young people on their case load and who are innovative in their approach to working with young people. You will hold a small caseload of care leavers 18+ and will be working on a 1:1 basis to support their transition to independence and working collaboratively with young people to complete assessments and pathway plans that are reflective of their goals and aspirations.
