A leading manufacturer of bespoke products have created a newCNC Operatoropportunity - thefirst time this has been done in-house- where you will be responsible for using anew saw and drill machine to cut and drill holes in brass extruded partsto create bespoke products for clients in the UK and around the world. This will involveprogramming the dimensionsin by interpreting technical drawings, andquality checking your workto ensure the veryhigh standardsthe business has built its reputation on are maintained. Thereischance in the future for you to have a team built around youas well as the in-house function is developed.
As aCNC Operator, your new role will involve:
- Interpreting technical drawings and specs to ensure accurate machining processes
- Setting up, programming and operating the saw and drill line
- Resolving and issues with machines
- Quality checking parts upon completion to ensure they meet standards
- Performing routine machine maintenance when needed to ensure optimum performance

Salary for this position is 35,000 to 40,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
