Commercial Director

Fawkes and Reece are assisting in the search for an Commercial Director for a Subcontractor in Kent.

The family run business are a specialist Logistics and brickwork contractor, with clients including Willmott Dixon, McLaren and The Berkeley Group. With projects across the SE and London. They work on a range of projects including residential, data centres, education and health care with the business starting to also grow internationally.

Due to continued growth they are looking to add to their Commercial team. Your role as Commercial Director will be working closely with the team (currently a team of 5 including estimators and surveyors), ensuring projects are running to budget and time, dealing with the main contractor clients and attending client meetings and work winning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in either Construction management or Quantity Surveying. You would ideally also have experience working with a subcontractor, or main contractor and worked at a high level in the business

In return you will get to work on some interesting projects alongside some of the largest contractors in the UK. They can offer a salary of up to 100,000 + Package for the right candidate.
