Diagnostic Technician Role.

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Diagnostic Technician on behalf of a leading global automotive multi brand manufacturer with brands including Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler and many more. Role Expectations :

  • Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles.
  • Ensure Quality and a first time fix.
  • Complete detailed video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and communicate. effectively to support customer decision making during the service process.
  • Communicate and work with the Technical Teams regarding work progress and repair solutions.
  • Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology including EV and Hybrid.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
  • Lead by example continually demonstrating best practice to your colleagues.
  • Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching.

Candidates will hold a minimum Level 3 IMI / C&G Qualification and related all round experience in in service, maintenance and Diagnostics. EV / Hybrid experience desirable, but full training provided.

Working hours are on Monday to Friday basis - 8am to 5pm with Saturday morning on rota.

42 hours a week.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

This is permanent position and a full CV will be required.
