Minimum Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experience

Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Demonstrated excellence in teaching- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to raising standards- Proactive with exceptional planning and organizational abilities- Preferably experienced in supporting students with SEMH and additional needs- Knowledgeable about educational advancements
