As a Special Needs Teacher, you will:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess Progress: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
- Promote Inclusion: Foster an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages student participation.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs
- Empathy: A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning profiles
