We're seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Darlington where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.
About the Role:
' Work in a modern, 3-bedded home with two vacancies, providing crucial support to young people who have experienced trauma.
' Create a safe, nurturing environment and offer emotional support to address behavioural difficulties.
' Assist with all daily duties with the young people fostering a home-like atmosphere.
Requirements:
' A robust and resilient attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting children in care.
' Relevant Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
' Minimum of 6 months' experience in young people's homes.
' Driving licence
