Salary:
12.20 per hour PAYE
Customer Service Administrator Role:
- Process orders and invoice customers.
- Perform all the administrative work related to the job (photocopying, faxing, arranging couriers to the customers, etc.).
- Liaise with couriers for importing and exporting orders.
- Answer the telephone, handle and record enquiries.
- Make sure that the best possible service is given to the customers.
Your Background:
- Previous working experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent eye for details.
- Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office, any experience with Oracle would be a distinct advantage.
- Any experience in a GMP environment would be an advantage.
