As a vital member of our National Contracts Team, this role focusses on finding lower carbon solutions into the commercial sector combining renewable-ready gas combustion with alternative technologies that assist customers on their path to net-zero. You'll be responsible for consultative selling to manage existing customers, secure new business opportunities, and drive sales of equipment to support our customers' journey to net zero.

National Contracts Manager – The Rewards

- Proven experience in national accounts field-based sales.
- Proven experience in managing a small team / driving KPI’s.
- Experience in tenders within OJEU Contracts and complex commercial negotiations.
- Understanding of complex commercial and financial data.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High IT competency, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Strategic and commercial mindset.
- Previous experience in National Sales Management in a multi-services environment.
- Understanding of complex contractual arrangements and experience in selling services to UK Central Government and large UK businesses. Measures
- Contract status and re-sign potential measured by volume and accounts.
- New business volume and accounts acquired monthly/annually.
- Margin realization per account and deal.
- Adoption of new energy equipment and renewable solutions as per sales targets.
- Proven experience in complex customer and industry environments.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to achieve targets while maintaining margins.
- High numeracy skills and proficiency in financial data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in highly autonomous roles.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Experience in field-based sales roles.
- Previous success in demanding blue-chip organizations.
