They won’t teach you how to do the day job, however they’ll provide you with unlimited project related opportunities to operate outside of your comfort zone and add significant value.The key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Accountant are:? Supporting Group consolidations in both UK and US GAAP? Month end close? Balance sheet reconciliations? Managing and leading transactional teams? Managing cash flow and FX risks? Owning UK VAT and liaising with 3rd parties for other tax topics? Improving the overall control framework? Supporting external auditsOur client believes in treating people as professionals. They will not dictatethat home working occurs X times per week. They will expect you to manageyour own diary, operating where you will get the best outcome focusing on theoutputs not inputs. In order to embed yourself within the business successfully,you’ll need to be able to build relationships and understand the context of thebusiness and their complex global operations.
