Our client is a global, leading precision component manufacturer primarily operating in the Aerospace sector. They manufacture precision engineered parts for aerospace customers (mainly precision fabrication and machining) and are looking for a CNC Programmer to join their growing team. CNC Programming/ CADs using Siemens NX Unigraphics Version 12
Produce 3 and 5 axis CNC programs and set up CNC Milling machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures
Manufacture Jigs and Fixtures to enable development of first time run/components
Carry out the measurement and inspection of components
Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives by improving efficiency wherever possible

CNC ProgrammerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Experience carrying out a similar role, creating CNC programs for CNC Milling machines

Accomplished working within a precision manufacturing environment
Well-versed using CAD/CAM software
Previous experience setting and operating CNC machines
