Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor working on schemes in the East Midlands region. This multi-accredited and established contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for progression due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Project Manager you will be based out of their Derby office and be responsible for, but not limited to, producing financial forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting, delivering projects from design phase through to completion, developing and maintaining construction programmes, chairing weekly site meetings, ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed as well as reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning. This role involves a mixture of office- and site-based work.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have previous experience working on infrastructure schemes within the water industry in a management capacity and hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification. In addition, you will have a good understanding of NEC contracts and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders proficiently.
