We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Paediatric Nurse to join a leading provider of complex care for children. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conducting assessments for new care packages.
- Writing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
- Providing support to the care/support team on assignment.
- Teaching and training new staff members.
- Completing regular competency-based observations.
- Carrying out frequent care plan reviews.
- Liaising with commissioners and funders.
- Attending multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid NMC Pin.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in Paediatrics is essential.
- A teaching qualification is desirable, but support will be provided to obtain one if not already held.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical lead to assess care needs and train the team.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
