Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN to develop their nursing career at our home located in Swaffham, Norfolk.
Our Home offers dedicated care for people with a physical disability, specialising in care for people with multiple sclerosis.  
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.
Job Role: As a Clinical Lead you will support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day to day running, including taking temporary or complete charge of the home in their absence.  You will be supporting the manager with all systems and procedures to assure the quality of care provided by the home. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivering of care, including medication management. You will be assisting with the management of the care and nursing teams including regular supervisions and appraisals.

Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.

Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
