They are currently looking for a PA & Admissions Officer to join their team on an immediate basis. The role will initially be temporary for at least 8 weeks with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Quidenham, Norfolk.
Description
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Act as first point of contact for the Principal
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to data protection policies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Support the wider team with any administrative tasks as required.

Profile
A successful PA and Admissions Officer should have:
- A strong background in a similar role within the education and training sector.
- The company will carry out an enhanced DBS check following a successful placement (required)
- Excellent administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to assist the wider team.
