Your new roleThis is a diverse, commercial, and busy Senior Office Manager role supporting a family-led business, as well as being PA to the Chairman and CEO, and undertaking Company Secretary responsibilities. You will be working closely with the board of directors and supporting the continued growth of this successful business. This is an excellent local opportunity with varied duties, including but not limited to:

  • Diary management and event management.
  • HR support and administration.
  • Office and facilities management.
  • Company secretarial duties will include preparing AGM papers, attending and minuting board meetings and dealing with share schemes/insurance policies.
  • PA, secretarial and financial administration.

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job, you will be an experienced Office Manager/EA/PA who is used to supporting at board level. In this job you will be involved in all aspects of the business on a day-to-day basis; you will need the ability to manage your own work loads and adjust your priorities to match the businesses'.

This is a stand-alone job where you will need a positive and down-to-earth demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with confidential information and the capacity to take a natural lead if required.

Previous HR, company secretarial or legal experience would be advantageous for this position as well as manufacturing or industrial sector experience.
