Finance Assistant

As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting a finance team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, working closely with a friendly team and contributing to the success of the business. This opportunity will be based in the office 5 days week with standard hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm. Key Responsibilities:Opening new accounts Allocation of cash Reconciliations Credit notes Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email Responsible for approximately 500 accounts Setting of credit limits and credit checks Reconciliations Collaborating with team members on ad hoc projects and initiatives Requirements:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of finance
