Irish Speaking Customer Service Executive

Salary from 25,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday shifts 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday morning shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Setting up suppliers and customers on company systems
  • Checking documentation
  • Inputting quotes and agreeing pricing

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Irish language is essential
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A confident, friendly manner with a high level of customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis.
  • Enjoys a variable and diverse workload.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
