Description
As the Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following;
- Lead the electrical team within the engineering and manufacturing department.
- Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by team members.
- Scheduling in Engineering works via the companies CMMS
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage team performance.
- Report on team performance and progress to upper management.
Profile
A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:
- A minimum of a HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in an FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
