Responsibilities of this role:

  • Practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
  • Must demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice.
  • Will be expected to share their experience and support colleagues within the team with co-worked cases.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience.
