Experienced Financial Accountant required for a technology client with offices in the South of England. You must be UK based.Duties
- VAT returns for UK and foreign entities
- Balance sheet reconciliations for all VAT & tax accounts in multiple entities
- Corporate tax returns including UK RDEC claim
- Preparation and consolidation of financials for UK statutory accounts
- First point of contact of US, UK and foreign subsidiary audits
- Providing guidance to team on policy/regulation changes and maintenance of policy documents
- Management of global insurance policies and maintaining relationships with foreign brokers
- Management of all foreign statutory submissions
- Providing Adhoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Experience
- Must be used to reporting into a USA owned business
- 5 years of audit and tax experience
- Good understanding of IRFS and US GAAP
- Experience of working in a multi-currency, multi country operation
- Experience working in the technology sector desirable
- NetSuite would also be desirable
