- Manufacture and assemble sheet metal components based on engineering drawings and instructions.
- Utilize hand and power tools, such as drills, grinders, and saws, to cut, shape, and finish metal parts.
- Learn and apply spot welding techniques to join metal components as required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production equipment and processes.
- 3+ years of experience working in a physical manufacturing environment, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or related industries.
- Ability to lift heavy loads weighing up to 25kg safely and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Basic understanding of welding principles and techniques is advantageous but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
