Your primary duties will include utilizing various tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and learning spot welding techniques to contribute to our production operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and assemble sheet metal components based on engineering drawings and instructions.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, such as drills, grinders, and saws, to cut, shape, and finish metal parts.
  • Learn and apply spot welding techniques to join metal components as required.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production equipment and processes.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a physical manufacturing environment, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or related industries.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads weighing up to 25kg safely and consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of welding principles and techniques is advantageous but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
