Mobile Fabric Engineer (Dover)

About Us: Our client is a leading provider of maintenance services in the heritage sector.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Technician with a painting or carpentry bias to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of maintenance tasks across a handful of static sites in Dover. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform fabric repairs and maintenance as needed.
Carry out reactive tasks as required.
Liaise with admin and client where needed.
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) tasks.
Daily completion of paper work to attribute working hours and tasks.
Carry out other reasonable works requested by management.

Requirements:
Prior experience in heritage maintenance, with a focus on either painting or carpentry.
Driving License
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to adhere to a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
Training will be provided to support skill development and job performance.
