Project Manager - Fit-out - Nationwide Role
Location - Office based near Downham Market,but site and client visits required nationwide. To attend the office a couple of times per week.
Salary - Depending on experience. Experience is rewarded. 50,000 to 80,000

Up Front Recruitment are working with afit out contractor who are looking to appoint someProject Managers or Contracts Managersfor a wide range of exciting projects on a national basis, with experience in Construction/Fit Out.
The ideal candidate will of ran Fit Out projects and temporary structures for the like of Royal Mail andAmazon, including offices, industrial, retail or depos.
Projects typically range from 8 to 10 weeks.
Company Turnover - Sweet spot at 8M to 10M they have peaked at 16M. They have worked with some of the same clients for over 10 years and so relationships are a must with them. They want a problem solver, a can do attitude and someone that can organise their own time and keep on top of projects.

- Overall management of projects
- H&S
- Client liaison
- Programmes
- Managing sub-contractors
- Director updates
- Progress reports
- Oversight of Site Management
The projects this client undertakes are national, so travel will be required but this is not staying away full time. For the days/nights you do stay away, hotels, travel and food allowance is covered.
