Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Site Manager for 3 months work on a residential project in Nailsea, North Somerset.

This role would involve working under a site PM on a large housing site.

The start is next Monday (the 29th of April)

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
  • Proven track record on residential construction projects.

Duties:

  • Management of subcontractors.
  • Oversight of build program and budget.
  • Site meetings with line manager.
  • Maintain site paperwork.
  • Overall responsibility of health and safety.
  • Management of materials and labour.
  • Site level problem solving and provide solutions.

The pay rate will be £250 per day payable as CIS
