Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this values led / niche brand to recruit an experienced HR Change Partner / OD Specialist on an initial 6 month FTC to start ASAP. The role will be mostly remote / home based with some very occasional travel to Salisbury.

You will lead on the people workstream for a multi-entity change project. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive alignment between people strategies and the evolving needs of the organisation, with a particular focus on the delivery of a restructure across multiple entities.

You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR expertise to optimise the organisational structure, ensure a seamless transfer, and drive successful change outcomes, all while maintaining high employee engagement and ensuring full legal compliance.

Collaborating closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the people plans for this transformation, aligning them with business objectives.

We are looking for you to possess solid experience of partnering support functions, a deep HR expertise in restructuring, a strong grasp of employment law, and the ability to challenge, influence, and support leaders through complex change.

You will serve as the single point of contact for all HR matters related to the HR workstream of this change project, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of programme outcomes.
