We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Manager to join a leading national care organization based in Dundee. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Salary: 50,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenditure and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives where possible.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
- A valid NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
